Their website is awful... I was checking out within 30 second of an item going live. After 22, yes 22 charges to my card I still had no confirmation of purchase and the entire website crashed. Forget trying to get an exclusive item in store. B&N does not put per person limits on exclusive items, so the first 2 - 3 people in the door buy them all. On top of it all B&N tells me rather than taking the 2 minutes it would take to cancel the authorizations to my card, that I should just wait, and they will drop off eventually (within 7 - 10 days). So that's nearly 2 weeks I am without @ $400 because of B&N's laziness and incompetence. I am not the only one this happened to. Barnes and Noble cares nothing for their customers, and it makes me sick...
Love coming here, such a nice relaxing place to come and either browse the shelves or browse online. Great selection of books too.
Always a great place, they have a wonderful selection of materials at various price ranges. If they don’t have a book it they can order it and have it shipped to your home (last time I ordered a book this way the shipping was free). The staff is very helpful. I love to get a coffee and shop!!!
This Barnes and Noble has a well stocked vinyl section. Maybe a little bit too much Diana Krall, but otherwise really has enough stuff worth going to look. Even had some boxed sets. Lots of magazines to choose from. New books are out in the front which is nice. Seem to always have discounts and sales. The staff are also pretty knowledgeable. Read more books! Buy more records!
Nice location and easy access. Good parking. Mall across street. Coffee folks cool and books and books and books. Staff very helpful and big sales twice a year are super duper. Jan and June, I think.
