It was not only an inconvenience but a very stressful evening and morning. Needless to say, my family vacation was off to a rough start. We ended up leaving 2 hours later than expected and had to cram all of our gear and passengers in a much smaller vehicle than expected.
Great customer service, understanding, and a quick process. Mark is excellent definitely a team player and keeping the customer's happy is his number one goal.
Had to rent a truck to haul some items and the manager was extremely helpful with the transaction. Even though they were extremely busy the gentleman at the counter was pleasant and took the time to carefully explain everything
This last time I reserved a large SUV a full month in advance. At 5:30 the night before I was to pick up the car I received a call telling me that they did not have an SUV for me. He told me that he would call around and find one at another location. He told me that he would get back to me. I waited for a call but never received one. It turns out that this location closed at 5:30. So, he called me on his way out the door and left the mess for the next day's crew. The next morning I called to see if they had a vehicle that would work for me, and was told that I should call around to other Enterprise locations in the area. Finally, I was told that I should try other rental companies. I told him that I had already tried. At this point every car rental agency in town was over booked.
I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years. I have a corporate account and my organization rents cars several times per year.
The gentlemen who helped me were friendly and picked me up from the repair shop with no problem. I was satisfied with the car they gave me, very clean.
The unfortunate part is that no one at Enterprise seemed to care at all. I just wanted someone to care about my business. I feel that I was treated poorly enough to discontinue using Enterprise. This will be my last bad experience with Enterprise.
Customer service is very good. I am pleased with their prompt service the way they work with the customer.
So, here I am packing to leave on a trip with family, expecting to have a large SUV to drive. I was finally able to find a vehicle from another local rental agency, not an SUV but a mini van.
The last few times I have rented from Enterprise the cars have been dirty and I have had to have them washed before I could comfortably use them.
