And I'm talking multiple different employees that have worked there over the last few years. I've had them roll their eyes at me walk away make snide comments... I mean if you clearly do not like people and do not like customer service maybe you shouldn't work there?

Love this place for their selection of clothes and shoes and Everything in between!!! The only problem I have, personally, is the customers are always leaving stuff on the floors and breaking things and dropping stuff all over the isles and making it really difficult to just go and get what you need and to go browsing. It's really annoying when I'm looking for something and have to constantly bend down to pick up hangers or to move things back to the shelves because the customers have no respect and won't pick up after themselves. It's not the employees fault but they should go out on the floor more often and be given a certain area to keep up and maintain. The shelves, the clothes, the perfumes, the toys, mostly shoes and toys and clothes honestly. But most of the time the store is so busy that I understand the employees need to be on the registers but maybe they should hire people or one or two persons to maintain the floor only!!! Just my opinion
As long as you don't need to talk to anyone... Or need help from an employee... Happy shopping! :-)
If the store rating was based on merchandise I'd give it a 5 if it was just based on employees I would give it a one and a half.
Always find something I didn't know I was looking for. Clean, and always helpful staff.
The store is clean and well-organized, with a varirty if high quality goods at amazing prices. I did not give it 5 stars because I have been coming here for the last over 2 years and I would say every four out of five employee is rude snotty condescending or just plain ignores you.
My favorite store! Always has unbeatable orices. As a mom of 6 I need to shop smart and this is the place to go. From home decor to clothes and shoes. I only get shoes from Ross. For the entire family.
Occasionally though I will get a real sweetheart or two a Rose Among the thorns.
