Sprint is the WORST phone service you can get. I've been with them for four years. Was not told, & it was NOT in my contract, ( & I read EVERYTHING) something very important, & they just so happened to leave it out, & when I asked for a manager or someone capable of helping they did no such thing. I'm disgusted in this service and regret staying with them for as long as I have. You can't EVER get a real person on the phone!!! They have it set up so good to where you literally have to press a million buttons before the recorded voice says : "please hold while I transfer you to an operator", so you wait again for another 30 mins. Should have stayed with AT&T. I WILL switch at the end of this year! Would of done it ASAP, but of course I can't. Terrible operators, rude & never help. The guy interrupted me the whole time & when I asked to speak with someone who can help he said he is "the help" and he's the only person. Disgusting people, disgusting service. I will tell everyone I know about this experience & about what a terrible cellular carrier Sprint is. I will NEVER choose Sprint again. Just a warning to everyone, wish I had one before wasting so much money every month for the past 4 years! I'm just a single person on a contract, & when I told friends & family my bill they were shocked . DO NOT choose Sprint. Terrible people & service. Can't stress that enough. I will be switching as soon as this contract is up, this year. Sprint is terrible! No stars!!!!
I have been with Sprint for 16 continuous years of mobile service, and I have to say that Timothy, the gent who helped us today, is the best I have *ever* worked with in all those years. He was kind, courteous, informative and so honestly pleasant that it was astonishing. He answered every question we had, made the transactions and transitions smooth and easy, and worked hard to make our experience top notch. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him today, and I can only hope that he goes far!
We had a great experience upgrading my sons phone. We had a wonderful young man help us (Alex). He did an awesome job, and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. Awesome!!
I've been here several times, always having a good experience whether adding lines or upgrading. I recommended for my mom to go here for her upgrade, however, and she had a HORRIBLE experience with the level of customer service and has been ranting all day. Apparently I always worked with Adam, who is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My mom worked with Alex and he's generally worthless at his job. Funny enough, I had been at the store yesterday and another irrate customer came in to return her equipment because Alex had given her misinformation. So... why keep employees who are incompetent?
This place sucks. The people lie! The manger herself said one thing. Then you go back and she says something totally different. we have made a complaint against this store. They are rude and nasty. Don't do business with this store.
