I wish I could give these individuals 0 stars. They are very unprofessional. This is the only place around here that sells mochi ice cream. Even though they are overpriced Im obsessed with those ice creams and was willing to pay whatever it was to get them. Yesterday I bought a box of their mochi ice cream and when I left and opened the box to enjoy those amazing little ice creams I was faced with some nasty tasting mochi. They had been defrosted and refrozen and the texture and quality of the ice cream was horrible. When I went back to return the ice cream the owners refused to return my money or even allow me to exchange the product because I had already opened the package and they wont be able to get money back from their insurance for it. Common sense would tell you that I have to open the package to know they arent good. But I refuse to argue with individuals that only care about money instead of their customers satisfaction. They would much rather loose a loyal customer that comes couple of times a month and spends money there instead of just loosing one box of ice cream. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.
Clean and Orderly ~ Very much appreciated the helpful owners who helped me find Everything I came for and needed in the first place ~ Plus More. Like the previous review mentioned, the owner was Very friendly, Very Chatty and got me to buy More than what I came in for. All in All, I enjoyed my visit and I will certainly be back. I was very surprised to find that they also carried foods from Hawaii ~ Who Does That ? ? ? they do . . . lol
Good selection of dried goods with reasonable prices, but the veggies are limited and not fresh. Store owner is very friendly and helpful to find your items, but pushes you to buy more than you need.
Very very small store. As soon as we walked in the store to look around, the owner dude followed us closely and asked if we are looking for anything particular and we said no, just browsing. He continued to follow us closely around the tiny store, making us feel like he was making sure we don’t steal anything... it was weird and unprofessional. We didn’t buy anything and ended up just leaving because of that awkward vibe he gave us. We are from out of town and was just looking for some Asian snacks for the car ride. Won’t ever make a stop here again.
