Exceptional staff and food. Perfect establishment for a binge meal on cheat day. Can't go wrong with Olive Garden.
Service was great. Our food came out quickly. Very nice staff, and Brandon is an excellent server.
We come here all the time. This was the first time we have had horrible service. The waitress Mandy approached our table snorting her snot up her nose the entire time. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. I asked her for 2 straws. She approached the table with our soup and salad 20 minutes later and I asked for a straw again. She told me she didn't bring it because she didn't have room. You didn't have room for 2 straws in your apron? She put the soup on the table and told me sorry we don't have any clean spoons for you to eat it. But told me i had a fork rolled up in my cloth napkin I could use. After, we are we had to wait for her to bring us to go to boxes for about 10 minutes. We received our boxes we waited another 10 minutes just to be told we don't get a receipt because we pay with the electronic box on our table. Well that would of been nice to know if we had been told that. I use to work at Olive Garden and there training is pretty intense for being a server so I know She was taught better then this kind of service.
Shawn is an amazing server! Says that he's only been @ Olive Garden for 2 weeks but was so attentive, friendly and even gave my mom a hug for her bday! Thank you!
Marissa and terri are so fast and accurate. They are so nice. We enjoyed the dinner and the ambiance.
