CONSUMER BEWARE!! This company employs unethical people, Gregg the plumber basically took my money and ran, leaving me with a dripping shower in a worse condition, than for which I hired him. He had promised to come back the next day, to replace the cartridge and NEVER responded to any texts or calls. He did though wanted to charge me more money and fail to tell me that Moen has a FREE lifetime warranty, but instead was gonna pocket the money himself. He lied to me, that the cartridge would cost $56 and it's actually $40 SHAME ON HIM for leaving in it a worse condition, than it was and not finish the job, for which he was paid!
What a Disgrace of a job , leaks everywhere , no return phone calls , would never recommend these people .....
