This is my favorite sushi spot, ever... Can't wait to go back ... super fresh, and very creative.. These guys don't run the same sushi menu as practically everyone else in town. Treat yourself and try them out
The quality and presentation of the food is never less than amazing! Ambiance is perfect for a casual meal or date night. Wait staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, not overbearing, and professional. Owner is engaging with guests and can always be seen on the restaurant floor. Best sushi and Japanese style food around by far.
The BEST and freshest sushi for MILES! Recently completed a modern yet still very elegant remodel of the restaurant. Service here is always top notch. Look out for the sometimes very interesting specials such as Kobe beef, whole fried Japanese river crabs, the fresh Japanese uni...you name it! We eat sushi at other places, BUT for a real quality meal, service, and atmosphere...not to mention world-class food presentation, Umami is always our first choice.
Wow, this place has the best sushi. If tbey have the fatty blue fin tuna in ad yourself a favor and get a piece. It is pricey but worth every penny.
