Lousy customer service. The manager is indifferent. Wont go back. I can get shoes anywhere with a smile
unfortunately I didn't like the way the store was set up. Many people working there but no one was very helpful.
NO customer service what so ever. It's literally a free for all for customers to walk around in circles not knowing what the best fit is. There was a young red haired girl that walked past my son and I and several other customers without so much as a hello or can I help you? Oh but when we go to leave someone FINALLY says "Have a nice day." Never again!
It's like the other shoe carnivals. Good bogo deals sometimes. I like to spin the wheel for deals in the store.
