Great store, the manager Andy is awesome, very good guy. He wasn't there this last time I went, and I left a little disappointed after trying to be bamboozled, I got my tire fixed but that wasnt the problem. I'll be sure when I have to go again Andy is working. But their tire certificates are fantastic, no one else really offers them.
I was really impressed with this place. I mostly expect bad or mediocre service everywhere now and having worked and managed a tire store for 8 years I ca say its the best place i have been. Alex Zack and Andy all interacted and helped in someway and all were great to deal with and seemed to work well together.
I arrived at the store on a Saturday at 11:30ish to get one tire! Kyle had helped me with prorating my tire since I had recently bought them (continental contact sport) and gave me a great price. I've used discount tires for over 10 years now and have been happy with the service I've always gotten from them. This is my first and last time at this store as I've now been here 3 and half hours to just get one tire put on my vechile. Regardless of how busy it's one tire! Mike the service guy is the only reason I ended up getting out of there so for that sir I thank you for helping me. Solution to this problem would be to add some senior management in that understands time management! Plenty of stuff working no reason the shop shouldn't be running like a well oiled mechine. That or contact discount tires in San Diego of palm ave and figure out what there doing.
Hands down the best service. Alex and Andy took such great care of us. Their main concern was our safety and we really appreciate it!
They have a real knowledgeable staff about their tires and cars and what should be done like shooting the brakes and stuff so yeah I'd recommend them
