Always a pleasure dealing with Rich and Warren. Great savings compared to the local Harley Stealer. I've had numerous upgrades done and every time was done right. Suggestions from Rich actually helped me out a great deal on some handlebars I purchased. Saved me money and made the bike look much better. Top notch service and quality work. About 10am this morning I called in to ask if they could mount and balance a tire without an appointment and they told me to come on over now.
I was offered cold water, a seat and they even adjusted a fan to keep me cool while I waited. About 35-40 minutes later the tire was done and I was back on the road with a word of caution about scrubbing in the tire and a sincere thank you for doing business there.

I love the service and ordering parts here, very fast and accurate service, and it's always nice to save money. I really like the honesty and integrity they have. Every invoice is a bargain in my book, the work is done fast and you pay only for the time, not some rip off flat rate. All the work was explained to me, and they were very patient with me. Great, prompt service and fair pricing. Brought my Road King to Frank's for brake fluid flush and they did it while I waited, then test road to ensure everything was good.
