My boyfriend and I were traveling through the area to Miami when our check engine light came on. We obviously started to panic and googled auto repair shops in the area. I called and spoke with Maggie who told me to come right in. She said she would send a tow truck if we didn't feel comfortable driving it in. They got us right in even though we've never been customers before. It turned out it was nothing serious, and they set our minds at ease. It's hard to find any repair shop you can trust, and I wish we had a shop like this back in Tennessee. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

I called that morning to have the motor in the rear passenger window fixed, and they were able to fix it that day. They even gave me a ride home. The staff went above and beyond, and exceeded all my expectations.
Had a really good experience here that happened by accident. My car wouldn't start and I called in a tow through my insurance company. I told them to take it to the dealer but somehow it ended up at Rich's. At first I was furious but I just wanted to get it resolved so I let Cody/Jay @ Rich's start to work on it. They called me every step of the way: before touching it, before diagnosis to get a back story, after diagnosis w/ an estimate, after it was done. Very happy with their responsiveness. Also, when I went to pick it up, I asked Cody a bunch of questions about the technical details of the repair. He was very forthcoming and knowledgeable with all of that which I appreciated.
